Cold. Seriously, go away. I've been sick for like a week now, I'm ready to get better. Which means, I was sick for my birthday. I didn't feel too bad which was good. It's more annoying. The first few days I felt like crap. Even had to leave one of my jobs early. Now I have a cough and my voice is gone. Anyway, thank you for the birthday wishes! Ugggh. I'm so frazzled. Things are nuts. I was watching over 2 crazy little boys today (my cousins) so I'm extra tired. But I just got my laptop/internet back today so I'm updating. Let's see: I'm single again, still jobless, focused on making rent, making new friends, working on losing weight (don't I always? =u= ), and trying to hold on to hope. I'm getting better, but I've earned it. Getting a job is the biggest thing-- *yaaaawn* ...to...happiness. I lost my independence, I need it back. Cheer for me eh? Night!

And for some reason, 1 day was enough for me. Usually I have a full schedule for all 4 days, but this year seemed...lacking. Next year though I am determined to go in cosplay!

YOU JERKWAD! I got scammed! My poor baby, you didn't deserve that! I didn't deserve that! My camera, the most expensive thing I ever bought with my own money ($400), I wanted to sell only because it was kinda big. I got scammed! Of course I know to get the money first before shipping it off, but Paypal sent me an email saying the money would be deposited after I emailed in the tracking number. With such an expensive item I figured that sounded like a good back-up plan for the buyer, though I had never heard Paypal do that before. I trust Paypal. So I shipped it, paid extra to get that dang tracking number, emailed it back and waited for the money. And waited. And waited. And waited. And emailed the guy. And waited. I just sent money off to a friend through Paypal and got a receipt back. But then...here's where I shit a brick.

Fanfic Excerpt

I am not a writer. I never finish a story. Can't ever come up with a good plot. But I've written (again, not finished) about...2 fanfics ever? Both were "Fushigi Yugi" ones. This one was just a lot of fluff with way too many characters. The other one was more adult and slightly better, but it's on a floppy disk. Maybe I'll write my fav parts from that one too when I retrieve it. But for now, here's my fav parts from the fluff one. Enjoy!

Part 1: First kiss.
"The guy threw the girl high into the air; as she spun madly, her bell-bottoms whipped her ankles. She then landed gracefully on one foot. Amanda and Mitsukake realized who it was at the exact same moment. It was Tai and Chichiri! Blind of the audience around her, Tai continued to skate with Chichiri. "Man can you believe all the mush tonight?" she said in a disgusted tone. Chichiri was silent, "But at least they're happy ya no?" she finished. Chichiri took Tais' right hand and twirled her like a top. He stopped her and smiled cutely at her. Then without any warning he dipped Tai and kissed her passionately on the lips. The rink roared with applause at the beautiful ending of the couples show."

Part 2: Ecchi Tasuki.
"The guy with fangs smiled at Marci and scanned her body with his eyes. They met eyes and the boy laughed cutely at her when he saw that she was as dark as the red beads on his necklace."

Part 3: New flute for Amiboshi.
"Amiboshi pulled DeeDee closer and kissed her softly on the lips. DeeDee thought that this was perhaps the greatest moment in her life. She never thought that today, she would like the right guy, and that he would like her. He hugged her tighter and then picked up the flute. He blew into it gently and the sound was beautiful; just as DeeDee was to Amiboshi."

They always gotta "smile cutely." Heh. And "kiss passionately." And not passionately just anywhere, on the lips.

Christmas is right around the corner! It went smoothly this year. I'm in the mood, I even found a few Christmas songs I like XD, and shopping was quite easy! I got it done early and almost all online! I even had an app on my phone to put down my list of what to buy and who to buy for! Gah, my new phone is the best thing in the world! <3 For a handful of reasons, I should be stressing out, but I'm not. I don't want to. It'd be hard to get back up if I fell again. Ok! Well things are going pretty dandy now. Keeping most of the details on the down-low though. The big two-five birthday is coming up, and I feel more grown-up than ever, yet still halfway like a kid. It's probably good for me anyone to be 50/50 like that. Like always, I'm uber excited for Halloween stuff. All done with my costume. And I did it the old-fashioned way; bit by bit til I can put it all together. I'm going to be Hello Kitty!

I FINALLY got my drivers' license! And I fixed my computer. So I'll be uploading old art projects. Mad though cause some of the commissions I was almost done with are only sketches. I lost my color and inking. Oh well.

What I came to say was I got a new monitor so now I can retrieve my old art off my desktop. Thing is...I forgot my password. And my hint to remember is "compdizzle." WTF?! That doesn't help! *takes in a long and slow breath* .....Hi DA. You know I'm here all the time. I haven't gone anywhere, just haven't uploaded any art. Sorry. I've sold my camera, so no photography (Hoping I'll get a new one for my birthday), no recordings because my equipment isn't set up, and no drawings because I...simply didn't feel like it. I haven't felt much of anything for a while. If you know me in real life, or watch my Tumblr, you're aware that...my boyfriend...is now my ex. I didn't tell a lot of people because I didn't want to confirm that it was true. But I'm there now. ........Yeah. And I just went blank about whatever else I was going to say. *hallow laugh* I guess I just wasn't going to feel right until I told you guys. Like I was keeping something from you. Or maybe I just need to see this on paper. I'm not sure. But I finally feel...not "better," that won't ever happen probably. I'll still hate that this happened, I'll hate that I loved so much and...*tears up* ...and gave so much and dreamed so big... but I do FEEL. I can actually smile again. *takes a quick but loud breath* So! My Dadday just sent me a new monitor so I can retrieve any old art that was on my desktop; I've been using my laptop this whole time. And I started doodling at work a lot lately so maybe I'm getting the drawing mojo back. To end on a lighter note, yet still on topic, my icon. You know what piece that was from.
