It feels like it's summer. As if I don't need to worry about work and money and..everything. I know that I do, but these past two days, only two days, have been really nice. That's all I needed too. Just to get out and relax. I've been in for too long. I got to meet one of my boyfriends old buddies and he's really nice. Name's James. We've been hanging out with him almost everyday since he dropped by out of the blue. Yesterday the three of us watched a cheesy Japanese comedy-horror series I bought, went swimming, came home, and ate nachos together. So simple, yet really refreshing. I really don't think I've swam yet this whole year. I love swimming. And it was good to do it again after so long. And the weather was beautiful. Today I went out with my mom to Old Town. Ya know, the quaint part of town every place has, with kiosks of hand-crafted wares and restaurants with old-fashioned cooking. We than went out to eat, played pool and sang to all the songs we picked on the jukebox. We stopped to shop a bit more before calling it a night. We talked a lot all night too. Which I need to do a lot of lately. I got a lot bottled up. James was here with Rob when I got home. I felt up to cleaning and started making a "yard sale" box. I found an old diary, re-read it, and just finished with burning the pages out in the street. Just sat there, watching them crinkle and blacken as the smoke rose to sky. It was also realxing. Another good end to a good day.
